Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

Proven experience in luxury hotel or resort management, with a track record of delivering operational excellence

Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management abilities

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in property management systems, reservation platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite

Financial acumen, including budget preparation, revenue management, and cost control

Ability to work under pressure, handle complex situations, and manage multiple priorities

High attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

Knowledge of industry regulations, health and safety standards, and best practices in hospitality

Multilingual skills, especially English and Thai, preferred
