• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in hotel operations, with at least 3 years as a General Manager or Hotel Manager in an internationally branded hotel, preferably within the Wyndham portfolio or a similar mid-scale/upscale brand.
• Proven track record of driving financial performance, enhancing guest satisfaction, and developing strong teams.
• Solid understanding of all hotel departments, including Rooms, F&B, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and HR.
• Experience with pre-opening phases of hotels is highly advantageous.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions and implement effective strategies.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in Thai is a significant advantage.
• Proficient in hotel management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
