Job Detail

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall management of the operation of the hotel.
- Monitor the co-ordination between all departments for smooth & efficient operations.
- Ensure the premises are in operative condition as per category of the unit to receive & serve the guests.
- Maintain constant communication with management and staff to ensure proper operations of the organization
- Providing timely and constructive feedback to all direct reports as and when required, either formally or informally.
- Any other duties assigned.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree in hotel management or related field
2.Male/Female, not over 35 years old.
3.Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel as well.
4.Good Communication Skill in English.
5.Positive Attitude, Good team player, Fast Learner and Flexibility
