Position : Building Manager - Juristic (New Project)

Job Detail

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, or related fields.
- 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role at a similar organization
- Strong experience in building management, facility operations, or construction.
- Experience in safety management or emergency response is a plus.
- Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in computer skills, able to use basic programs such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of relevant laws, including but not limited to: Condominium Act, Building Control Act, etc.
