Job Detail

Experience:
o Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.

Skills:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strong customer service orientation.
o Proficiency in hotel management software
o Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations.
o Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
o Basic administrative and clerical skills.

Languages:
o Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
