Responsibilities
1. Oversee and manage the Front Office operations to ensure professional service and compliance with hotel standards

2. Supervise and support the team to ensure smooth daily operations, while motivating and developing team skills

3. Monitor the check-in and check-out process, daily revenue reports, and guest satisfaction

4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

5. Report directly to hotel management and participate in service quality improvement planning

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Front Office operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role

3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and resolve issues effectively

4. Good command of English (spoken and written); a third language is an advantage

5. Proficient in hotel PMS software such as OPERA, Cloudbeds, or similar systems

6. Professional appearance, service-minded, and flexible with working hours
