- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสาขาเกษตรศาสตร์ พืชศาสตร์ สัตวศาสตร์ พืชสวน การจัดการฟาร์ม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 5 ปี ในงานบริหารฟาร์ม งานเกษตร เกษตรอินทรีย์ วางแผน การจัดเก็บข้อมูล และการทำรายงานด้านผลผลิต
- มีความรู้ด้านการปลูกพืช การดูแลสวนผักออแกนิคหรือเกษตรปลอดสาร การดูแลดิน และการบริหารผลผลิตทางการเกษตร
- มีความรู้เชิงปฏิบัติด้านการเลี้ยงและดูแลปศุสัตว์ โดยเฉพาะไก่ เป็ด ห่าน หรือสัตว์ฟาร์มในลักษณะใกล้เคียง
- ทักษะในการวางแผน การแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า ตัดสินใจ - มีภาวะผู้นำ ทักษะการบริหารจัดการ การสื่อสาร และการประสานงานที่ดี
- ประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารทีมงาน ประสบการณ์ในฟาร์มเกษตรอินทรีย์ หรือฟาร์มที่เน้นความยั่งยืน
