Position : Reservation Executive (Japanese & English)

Job Detail

• Fluent in both Japanese and English (bilingual proficiency required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in reservations, hospitality, tourism, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage reservations in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with PMS, CRM systems, and OTA platforms is an advantage.
