Position : Villa Manager
Job Detail
Duties and Responsibilities : -
- Co-ordinate with Guest Service and Operations in related to owners/guest arrival and departure.
- Provide the highest level of service of food, drink and activities any other requests by guests/owners.
- Ensure the utmost satisfaction of guests and owners at all times.
- Housekeeping: to implement of standards and responsibility of training and quality of work.
- Ensure F&B for guests and owners are prepared and served at the highest level as per EH SOP.
- Enforce villa staff members to follow SOP.
- Oversee villa maintenance; report issues to the Chief Engineer and office, and follow up until resolution.
- Arrange payment and incidental bills when guests check out with the highest integrity—ensuring all transactions are honest, transparent, and accurately documented.
- Prepare and submit cash sales reports and petty cash claims in a timely manner.
- General wellbeing of owners, guests and visitors to the villa.
Qualifications :-
- Position based in Samui
- At least 2 years of experience in hospitality management
- Male only, 30-40 years old, Thai Nationality
- Good command of English and Strong background in Food & Beverage
- Knowledge of property maintenance, housekeeping, and basic accounting
- Flexible schedule to accommodate guest needs and villa requirements
