Position Purpose:
Oversee and support all Food & Beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, strong team performance, and optimal business results. Maintain high standards of service, quality, safety, and hygiene, while fostering a positive team environment. Lead, train, and empower team members to deliver excellent service and effectively resolve daily operational challenges.

Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in achieving strategic goals
- Plan and execute F&B strategies, promotions, and events
- Ensure food quality, pricing, and service standards with Executive Chef
- Oversee outlet operations, cleanliness, and overall standards
- Manage stock, equipment, and cost control to minimize waste
- Enhance guest satisfaction and handle complaints effectively
- Drive revenue growth and profitability
- Lead, train, and develop team members
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and business plans
- Ensure compliance with laws, safety, and company standards

Qualification Standards:
- More than 5 years with experience in a similar position
- Excellent command of the English
- Good administrative skills and ability to work a personal computer
- Strong leadership with ability to inspire, motivate, and lead teams
