มีหน้าที่ช่วย Executive Chef บริหารจัดการครัวทั้งหมดให้ดำเนินงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ รักษามาตรฐานอาหารระดับสูง ควบคุมคุณภาพ รสชาติ การจัดจาน และความสะอาดตามมาตรฐานของโรงแรม รวมถึงดูแลทีมครัวให้ทำงานได้อย่างราบรื่น
