Position : Executive Sous Chef / Sous Chef

Chaweng Regent Beach Resort is seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to lead and develop our culinary operations.
Located on the island of Koh Samui, both resorts offer unique guest experiences with multiple restaurants, bars, and dining concepts. The Chef will play a key role in maintaining high culinary standards, leading kitchen teams, and ensuring consistent quality across our food and beverage operations.
The position will be based at one of the properties, with full operational focus and responsibility for the culinary operations at that resort.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all kitchen operations and events.
Lead, train, and motivate kitchen teams to maintain high culinary standards
Develop menus and dining concepts aligned with guest expectations
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
Manage food cost control, purchasing, and inventory
Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation in the property.
Collaborate with management on culinary development and guest dining experiences
Qualifications
Proven experience as Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a hotel or resort environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Solid understanding of food cost control and kitchen operations
Knowledge of international cuisine and resort dining concepts
Good command of English
Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
Experience working in Thailand.
