As we expand our presence in the Thai market, we are seeking a professional and driven Sales Engineer to join our team and contribute to a cleaner, more sustainable future.
Position Summary:
As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, providing product consultations, and closing sales of solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, customer-focused, and passionate about promoting clean energy technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach potential customers in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors
• Present and promote solar cell products and services in a consultative manner
• Conduct on-site assessments and propose customized solutions
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and close deals
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure successful delivery
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• More than 3 years of sales experience (solar energy, construction materials, or technical products preferred)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Results-driven with a strong sense of accountability
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Own transportation and willingness to travel to client sites
