รายละเอียด

Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Handle guest issues, complaints, and operational problems promptly.

Coordinate with all departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Engineering.

Prepare daily incident reports and maintain log books.

Report significant issues to management.

Monitor occupancy and overall room status.

Work in shifts (morning, afternoon, night).

Requires strong decision-making, leadership, and communication skills.
