Job Responsibilities:
1. Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting
etc
2. Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations
3. Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
4. Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
5. Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow
management reporting for submission to management.
6. Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries
7. Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project
teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.
8. Issue project cost reports for review and approval.
9. Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
10. Support Management in ensuring that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management
agreements and transfer pricing policy
11. Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns
12. Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives.
Qualification:
1. Age between 35 - 45 years old.
2. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
3. CPD holder is preferable.
4. Over 5-7 years of experience in Accounting and Finance field.
5. At least 3 years of experience from Real Estate or Property Development business is preferred.
6. Knowledge in auditing Financial Statement.
7. Able to perform Budget Management.
8. Good command of English. |
