Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage effectiveness & efficiency of Haad Tien Beach Resort, Beach Club, and Reef Dive
2. Set up, control, and maintain quality standard of work process be effective & efficient at all time
3. Responsible for 100% guest satisfaction at all time
4. Responsible for staff’s effectiveness, efficiency, productiveness, and satisfaction at all time
5. Responsible for preventive maintenance and maintenance of all equipment, machinery, waterworks, and other utility resources effectively
6. Responsible for safety and security of all company’s asset, human resources, and our guests at all times
7. Manage, control, and monitor staff relations & benefits, group insurance, housing, and canteen (including cost and quality)
8. Coordinate and work with local and relevant government, council, organizations, and other 3rd parties to ensure a smooth running of business
9. Work closely with Head Office to achieve our objectives and goals
10. Others as in the detailed job description and to be advised by the Supervisor
Qualification:
1. Bachelor/Master’s Degree in hospitality management or related field from an accredited college or university will be advantage.
2. Experience in the same role or with fundamental hotel operation background within a similar market segments.
3. Good computer literate with effective and outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Exceptional leadership abilities with great attention to detail. |
