• Experience in position at least 2 year
• Excellent English
• Prepares documents, reports, and other correspondence for the Engineering and Maintenance Departments.
• Maintains accurate files and records as required.
• Performs various administration duties (mail, answering telephone, meeting, training etc.) as required.
• Assisting for documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Assisting to liaising with owner / owner’s representative to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
• Assisting to ensure Manager have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with owner / owner’s representative and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.
• Assisting Manager to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.
• Assisting Manager for monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate between owner / owner’s representative and Manager status to all participants.
• Assisting Manager for issue all appropriate paperwork before distribution to owner / owner’s representative or any relevant.
• Other duties as assigned |
