Specific Duties:
• Assisting the Director of Sales by building and fostering relationships with travel partners, travel agents, tour operators, DMCs and concierges
• Develop the local market to increase sales from leisure, travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, corporate and MICE companies
• Manage the Thailand region in its entirety to ensure growth through sales and marketing initiatives
• Conduct regular sales calls/prospecting new business when required by Director of Sales
• Be present on the Samujana Estate and conduct Site Inspections when required
• Regularly be forthcoming with ideas and action plans for the increase of sales, monthly action plan.

• Excellent relationship building abilities
• Experience dealing with people from varied backgrounds and cultures
• Strong administrative and reporting skills
• Knowledge of computer systems
• Ability to find creative solutions to overcome challenges
Desirable Skills:
• Working experience in Thailand
• Sales experience in hotel/travel industry
• Experience working with groups/wedding market
